Is a deposit required?

Deposits are required for special events and high-demand time periods. Ask our office if a deposit is required for your particular outing. Airport pickups and drop-offs do not require a deposit.

Do you provide beverage service?

Blackline Limos - Your limousine serviceBlackline Limousines provides complimentary bottled water and ice on all vehicles. You are welcome to bring beverages of your choice, and enjoy them while traveling. If dropped off at least one day before reservation date, we will stock beverages into the built-in onboard coolers with ice, and load into vehicle.


What is your service area?

Blackline Limousines is based in Oak Creek, Wis. a southern Milwaukee-area suburb. Our drivers and vehicles serve Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin, Chicago and northern Illinois, west to Madison, and north to Green Bay.

How far in advance should I reserve a vehicle?

Simply put: The sooner, the better. Blackline Limousines isn’t a taxi or on-call service. Our vehicles often book up weeks (or further) in advance. You can call 24/7 to make reservations at 414-481-2599.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and checks. All checks must be deposited at least 14 business days prior to reservation date. All reservations require a credit card on file, even if payment is made by check.

What happens if I cancel a reservation?

Different cancellation policies apply to different vehicles and situations. See our Policies page for details.

Am I required to tip the driver?

No. Your service is all inclusive. Our pricing includes all gratuities, fuel costs and tolls.

Do you require an itinerary ahead of time?

An itinerary is recommended (but not required) for hourly runs. Of course, for pickups and drop- offs we need addresses to provide an accurate quote for your run.

How is your billable travel time calculated?

For service outside the metro Milwaukee area, billed time begins when a vehicle leaves the Blackline Limousines garage. For service in the metro Milwaukee area, billed time begins when you are picked up, and ends when you are dropped off.

Do you make bathroom stops, or other stops upon request?

If you are paying for hourly service, we will make as many stops as requested. If paying for point-to-point service, an additional charge may apply.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, all vehicles are insured with a $5 million liability policy.

How should I compare quotes?

Blackline Limousines always gives you an all-inclusive rate. Our rates include taxes, tolls, fuel and gratuity to the chauffeur.

 

When comparing quotes, be sure to ask these questions:

 1. Is the rate they are providing all inclusive, or will other fees be added?

 2. What other charges could be added onto the rate?

 3. When does the rate begin? When does it end?

 4. Are there any travel charges?

 5. Can I see the vehicle I would be renting?

 6. Is the vehicle I book the one I am guaranteed to get?

Do you have car seats?

Yes, we have infant and standard car seats available at no extra charge. We just request that you install them. Our chauffeurs are not allowed to install car seats.
